The
Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) is a national carrier of
all classes of mail items (Letters, Post cards, Printed
Papers, Parcels and aerogrammes) for delivery, both within
and outside Nigeria. NIPOST over the years have been able
to metamorphosise into an industry's leader capitalising
on its wide National dedicated mail routes network thereby
broadening their services base into
Mailing Services such as Registered Mail, Express
Mail, Insured Mail, Expedited Mail Service / Speed post;
Posting Services such as Bulk posting, pick-up
services, parcel post;
Delivery Services such as Post Office Box, Private
Mail Bag, street Delivery, speed delivery services; others
include Nigeria Postal Order, Money Order, Postal Insurance
and many more.
The Osun Territory is made up of 19 postal district. Each
district having post offices and post shops.

Osun territory over the years has performed tremendably
well and has recieved commendation and recognition from
the headquaters. Their improvements could be seen in their
increased revenue over-time and their acceptance by other
federal parastals as a formidable force and team player
in delivering qualitative services in Osun State.
The territory has continued its excellent trend under newly
appointed Area Postal Manager (APM), and she has promised
to take NIPOST to a greater height in the state.
